The Story

A juice and smoothie bar by day, and a small-plates-cocktail-bar by night, Balance Restaurant brings a new dining concept to Johnstown, PA. In order to create a welcoming atmosphere that is able to change depending on the time of day, owner Amanda Artim consulted Carnegie to help with the ambience of her new restaurant. Carnegie provided all of the tabletop items, including china, glassware and flatware. We also provided a number of smallwares for the kitchen.
