Bonfire Old Fashioned BBQ was relying on slicing meat by hand which couldn’t keep up with their high-volume service. The inconsistent cuts and time consumption were slowing down prep, wasting product, and creating frustration for kitchen staff during peak hours.

After discussing their slicing challenges and daily prep volume, we invited the owner, Glen, into our showroom to explore commercial slicer options in person. He was able to demo a heavy-duty slicer on-site, allowing him to experience firsthand how it could solve the problem of time-consuming manual slicing.

Completed in under 2 weeks: Design consultation, equipment procurement, delivery – Worked directly with restaurant owner for seamless purchase process.
